The production version's hidden door handles and fastback lines are seamlessly connected, and the 21-inch black rims are matched with Pirelli P ZERO tires of 265/35 R21 in the front and 305/30 R21 in the rear. The flared wheel arches create a wide-body posture; the prototype car adopts an open wheel arch design, which maximizes the track attributes. ​

The production version's carbon fiber fixed large rear wing echoes the bottom diffuser, and the through-type taillights are integrated with the effect of breathing water; the prototype car's giant racing rear wing is matched with a double-layer diffuser, providing more than 1 ton of downforce in the actual test of the Nürburgring.

Five paint options are available: Lightning Yellow, Space Silver, Parrot Green, Pearl White, and Obsidian Black. Among them, Parrot Green uses a special pearlescent process to present a gradient metallic texture at different angles. ​

Supports personalized customization of body decals, and optional track stripes or exclusive patterns can be installed on the hood, doors, and other parts; the perforated front hatch is an optional part, which not only improves heat dissipation efficiency but also adds mechanical beauty.

Details such as the gold car logo (Lei Jun revealed that it is made of precious metal), Akebono yellow brake calipers, and carbon fiber shells of rearview mirrors cleverly combine luxury and performance elements.

The steering wheel adopts a racing style design with upper and lower planes, and the material is upgraded to carbon fiber, which effectively reduces weight and improves the control response speed. The grip is covered with Alcantara microfiber fabric, which is soft to the touch and has excellent anti-slip performance. The yellow return mark is added at the 12 o'clock direction of the steering wheel, which allows the driver to judge the direction of the steering wheel more quickly and accurately during intense control, improving driving safety and control accuracy. The central control screen of Xiaomi SU7 Ultra is equipped with HyperOS system, which is smooth to operate and has a cool cockpit UI design. Especially in track mode, the interface will switch to a style similar to a racing dashboard, with information such as speed and vehicle speed being intuitive and eye-catching. It supports three-finger flying screen linkage, which can "fly" the navigation and other interfaces to the instrument screen or HUD head-up display with one click, making it easier for the driver to obtain information.
