The steering wheel of YU7 is made of a mix of Alcantara and carbon fiber, which not only feels great, but also creates a strong sporty atmosphere. The physical buttons are optimized to a combination of a scroll wheel and a touch screen, which is easy to operate. At the same time, the physical buttons for switching driving modes are retained to facilitate the driver's quick operation.

The upper and lower flat bottom design optimizes the driver's line of sight when viewing the remote instrument panel, and enhances the overall sporty feel. The steering wheel is also equipped with a return mark to facilitate the driver to clearly judge the steering wheel status during driving.

The traditional instrument panel has been cancelled and an innovative design has been adopted. One of them is the P-HUD surround projection screen that spans from A-pillar to A-pillar. The screen projects rich information such as speed, gear, navigation, multimedia, etc. directly to the bottom of the windshield.

This design draws on the BMW panoramic view bridge technology. Not only can the main driver get clear information, but the co-pilot and rear passengers can also share it, reducing the frequency of the driver looking down at the instrument and improving driving safety.

In strong light, its projection clarity is 40% higher than that of traditional HUD, and the brightness can be adaptively adjusted at night to avoid glare. However, the long strip design may increase the probability of windshield reflection, which needs to rely on optical coating technology to optimize.

The central control panel is equipped with a 15.6-inch 3K resolution floating screen, which integrates the Xiaomi Pengpai OS car system and is very powerful.

It supports three-interface split-screen operation, and can simultaneously display and operate multiple functions such as air conditioning, navigation, and entertainment. The entire central control area completely eliminates physical buttons, and only interacts through the steering wheel wheel and touch buttons. With the hand-held gear design, the central control space is more concise and open, which improves the overall texture and technological atmosphere in the car.

The hand-held shift mechanism is used. This design is more common in new energy vehicles. Xiaomi YU7 adopts frameless doors + active inward-turning door handle design. The handle automatically turns inward when approaching the vehicle and automatically closes when closing the door to avoid the risk of pinching your fingers.

The door glass uses double-layer soundproof laminated glass, and the wind noise suppression is better than traditional doors; the door structure is optimized, with a hidden B-pillar design, and the vehicle's drag coefficient is as low as 0.245Cd, taking into account both sportiness and aerodynamics.

All models are equipped with Nappa leather zero-gravity massage seats as standard, with an ergonomic sandwich structure (3D-Mesh support layer + 15mm memory foam + high-density PU material). The lumbar support is highly in line with the human body curve. The Max version is additionally equipped with active support function to dynamically adjust the lumbar support.

Heating/ventilation/massage: supports three-speed heating, ventilation and 10-point massage mode, and can be switched to "rest mode" by one-button folding.
