Vehicle Performance
Mondeo offers three powertrains, among which the ST-Line model 2.0T engine has a maximum power of 184kW, a maximum power speed of 5500rpm, a maximum torque of 393N·m, a maximum horsepower of 254Ps, a drag coefficient of 0.293Cd, and a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 7.18L/100km.
Power Configuration
The Mondeo 1.5T fuel version is equipped with a new generation 1.5T EcoBoost twin-vortex turbocharged engine, which adopts a transverse layout, with a maximum horsepower of 190Ps and a maximum torque of 140N·m. The 1.5T E-hybrid version is equipped with an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission and a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The power battery is a low-nickel ternary lithium battery located in the center of the chassis, using power diversion technology, and seamless switching between oil and electricity.
Intelligent Cockpit
Except for the stylish and comfortable models, the central control of other Mondeo models adopts a 1.1m ultra-wide-area high-definition giant screen, integrating a 12.3-inch full LCD digital instrument panel and a 27-inch 4K central control screen, which is convenient and efficient to operate and interact, meeting the needs of various scenarios.
Functional Steering Wheel
Mondeo is equipped with a leather steering wheel as standard, with cruise control buttons on the left and multimedia buttons such as volume control and voice control on the right.
Instrument Panel
Except for the 8-inch LCD instrument panel on the Fashion and Comfort models, all other models of the Mondeo use a 12.3-inch LCD instrument panel, which can display information such as speed, RPM, fuel level, fuel consumption and navigation.
Central Control Screen
Except for the Fashion and Comfort models, all other Ford Mondeo models are equipped with a 27-inch 4K central control screen, running the SYNC+ system, supporting 5G network, OTA and V2X communication.
Gearbox
The gearbox comes from Ford's own 8AT, which is used in many Ford/Lincoln models and has good smoothness. The hybrid version uses E-CVT continuously variable transmission.
Bang & Olufsen Audio
The Supreme and ST-Line models are equipped with a 10-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, while other models are equipped with a 6-speaker standard audio system. The standard audio system was used for recording.
Front Seats
Mondeo is equipped with 3 kinds of seat materials. The seats of the Supreme and ST-Line models are made of leather/suede, the seats of the Luxury and Comfort models are made of leather/fabric, and the seats of the Fashion model are made of fabric. The front seats are wide and equipped with electric lumbar support, which is quite comfortable. The headrest supports pitch adjustment, so you can quickly find a sitting position that suits you.
Rear Air Outlet
The rear configuration can meet basic requirements, equipped with air outlets and two charging ports (Type-C + USB). The air outlet is exquisitely shaped and has a full sense of adjustment.
Panoramic Sunroof
Mondeo is equipped with a segmented electric sunroof on the Supreme and ST-Line models, and electric sunroof on other models. The lighting and opening size are acceptable. However, the sunshade is too transparent, and light will enter the car when the outside light is strong.
Rear Space
The material of the rear seats of Mondeo is the same as that of the front seats, the length of the seat cushions on both sides is the same as that in the middle, and all models are equipped with a central armrest and cup holder in the rear, and the middle platform has a bulge.
Trunk
Although the Ford Mondeo hybrid version has added power batteries and other components, its layout does not affect the riding space. Both the front and rear seats are consistent with the regular version. Not only the riding space is not affected, but also the trunk space. The trunk is flat all around, and the rear seats can be folded down in proportion to expand the space by pulling the pull rod. In addition, straps and other components are also provided.
Exterior Design
The Mondeo Sport Edition has six exterior colors and adopts the latest family design. The most eye-catching feature of the exterior is the octagonal "big mouth", which is decorated with scales inside. When you unlock the vehicle or approach it with the key, it will float in a wave-like shape, full of ritual sense.
Body Design
Mondeo is positioned as a mid-size car with a body size of 4935/1875/1500mm. The body design is tough and sharp, and the rear adopts a streamlined fastback design with dynamic three-column taillights, which is full of sportiness.
Tail Design
The rear part of the car has a full shape, and the "C"-shaped taillights on both sides are decorated with many details. The words "SPORT" and "HYBIRD" below indicate the hybrid identity of the Mondeo sports version.
Assisted Driving
Except for the Fashion and Comfort models, all other models of Mondeo are equipped with L2 assisted driving (using the Co-Pilot360 assisted driving system), equipped with 5 cameras, 5 high-performance millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and integrated with ADAS map data and GPS positioning system data, supporting "quasi-automatic assisted driving" in the speed range of 0-130km/h on specific roads.
