Exterior Design
The Model X adopts a teardrop-shaped design, with a closed grille and oval headlights on the front, and a straight waistline extending from the front wheel arch to the rear.
Body Design
Model X is positioned as a medium-to-large SUV, with a body size of 5057/1999/1680mm. The overall body is full and smooth, with flat doors + gull-wing doors, smooth body lines, simple tail design, and full shape.
Gull-wing Doors
The Model X rear doors adopt a gull-wing door design, which can automatically adjust the opening and closing angle and height according to the distance between the two sides of the car. The platform is about 200mm above the ground, which is also convenient for passengers to enter and exit and for the placement of luggage.
Smart Cockpit
The Model X's center console is simple and elegant, with the front windshield and roof canopy integrated into one, paired with a Yoke non-circular steering wheel and an adjustable center console screen, giving the overall style a more technological feel.
Multi-function Steering Wheel
Model X is equipped with a non-circular Yoke steering wheel, breaking the traditional design concept, making it easier to observe instrument information while driving. The left side of the steering wheel is integrated with the headlight control button, and the right side button can control the horn, cruise control, rain and voice control functions.
Dashboard
Model X has an embedded dashboard in front of the driver, surrounded by carbon fiber panels and leather, which integrates information such as remaining range, driving information, speed, gear position, etc.
Central Control Screen
The Model X center console is equipped with a 17-inch OLED touch LCD screen, equipped with an AMD Ryzen chip, running the Tesla in-vehicle system, and can adjust the tilt angle left and right.
Wireless Charging
Model X is equipped with a wireless charging function for mobile phones in the front row, which supports charging two devices at the same time. The charging plate is located below the central control screen.
Touchscreen Shifting
Model X integrates the vehicle shifting function on the left side of the central control screen. Slide up to D gear, click the upper "P" to enter the parking gear, slide down to R gear, and click the tail "N" to enter neutral gear.
Front Seats
Model X is equipped with sports-style seats, wrapped in imitation leather, and adopts an enveloping cockpit layout. The Plaid version adopts a 2-2-2 seat layout. The driver and co-driver seats support 16-way electric adjustment and are equipped with seat ventilation, heating and memory functions. The rear seats are equipped with privacy glass.
Rear Entertainment Screen
Model X is equipped with a rear control multimedia LCD screen that integrates air conditioning control, seat functions, and entertainment functions.
Audio
The Model X is equipped with 22 speakers and active noise reduction function, and the peak power of the audio is 960W.
Rear Space
Model X offers three seating layouts: 5, 6, and 7 seats. The Plaid version has a 6-seat 2-2-2 layout. The dual-motor all-wheel drive version comes standard with 5 seats, and a 2-3-2 layout can be added at an additional cost. A 2-2-2 six-seat layout with independent seats in the second row can be added at an additional cost.
Trunk
Under normal conditions, the trunk volume of the Tesla Model X is average, but it is very clever to leave space under the partition so that the bosses' golf bags and suitcases can be placed upright.
Powertrain
The Model X pure electric platform integrates powertrain and battery technology to achieve higher efficiency, performance and range. The dual-motor version has a maximum power of 493kW and a CLTC pure electric range of 700km. The tri-motor version has a total power of 750kW and a CLTC pure electric range of 664km.
Vehicle Performance
Model X has two versions: dual-motor 700km range and three-motor 664km range. It adopts a front + rear motor layout and is equipped with Panasonic 100kWh ternary lithium battery. The Plaid version has a total power of 750kW and is driven by three motors and four-wheel drive.
Assisted Driving
Model X is equipped with L2 assisted driving, runs the Autopilot assisted driving system, is equipped with two HW 4.0 assisted driving chips, and supports full-speed adaptive cruise control, remote parking and other functions.
