Frigate 07

Frigate 07 uses plug-in hybrid power, with an official 0-100km/h acceleration of 4.7s, a WLTC pure electric range of 150km, and supports fast charging, which takes 20 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%.

Frigate 07 is equipped with a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 139Ps. It has a front-wheel drive DM-i version and a four-wheel drive DM-p version, with a total motor power of 145kW and 295kW respectively.

The total power of the electric motor of the dual-motor four-wheel drive version is 401Ps, the total torque is 656N·m, the official 0-100km/h acceleration is 4.7s, and the WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption is 1.62L/100km. Frigate 07 has two types of batteries, 18.3kWh and 36.8kWh, both of which are lithium iron phosphate batteries, using liquid cooling for heat dissipation. The battery pack warranty is unlimited for the first owner for years/mileage.

The center console of Frigate 07 adopts the family design language, with a variety of materials spliced together to create a strong sense of hierarchy. The black high-gloss trim runs through the center console, connecting the air outlets on both sides, and there is a large rotatable screen in the middle.

The front face of BYD Frigate 07 is built based on the design concept of "ocean aesthetics", and the design inspiration comes from the ripples of the waves, so it is officially called the "wave rhythm front face". Its large-sized polygonal grille and the combination of the headlight group, front surround and other details not only bring a strong visual impact, but also have a very avant-garde and recognizable feel.

The length, width and height of the Frigate 07 are 4820×1920×1750mm, and the wheelbase is 2820mm, which is a standard mid-size SUV. Thanks to the use of more smooth lines to outline the shape of the body, the most intuitive feeling I get from the actual car is that it has a strong sense of volume and a distinct "big car feel".

The soft curves outline the rounded and full tail shape of the Frigate 07, which gives me a stylish and generous feeling. The detailed design of the tail is full of youthful and fashionable atmosphere. Compared with the front face, the rear design is relatively less avant-garde, but obviously more friendly. The design of the rear surround is quite low-key, but coordinated and pleasing to the eye. The silver decorative panel helps to enhance the layering of the rear surround and even the entire rear of the car.
