Most first enquiries we receive are two lines long: a model name and a question about availability. They get a short answer, because there is nothing else to answer. The enquiries that move fastest name seven things, and every one of them changes what we can quote back. None of them is complicated.
1. The destination port or border crossing
This is the field that changes the most. A vehicle leaving through Nansha, Ningbo or Shanghai travels by sea; a vehicle leaving through Khorgos travels overland and can reach Central Asia in days rather than weeks. Name the port or crossing you will clear, and we can tell you which gateway the model actually ships from instead of guessing.
2. The trim, not just the model
"Binyue L" covers a 1.5TD with a dual-clutch gearbox and a 1.5L with a CVT, which are different cars to drive and to sell. The same applies across the Volkswagen, Toyota and MG lines in our list. Give us the trim, or give us the drivetrain you want, and we will not spend a round trip asking.
3. The colour, and whether you will accept an alternative
Our stock is dominated by white and grey, with some models offered in black-roof combinations and darker tones. If you need a specific colour, say so, and say whether you would take a substitute. That single sentence decides whether you are looking at a unit that is here or at a forward order.
4. The quantity you are targeting
Some lines carry minimum quantities and free-shipping conditions in the range of three to eight units; others are quoted per unit with self-collection at the gateway. Both are normal. Tell us your target quantity and whether you can split it, and the terms you are offered will match the order you actually intend to place.
5. Whether you need it now or can wait
Our list mixes units that are in stock for immediate release with models quoted as forward orders. If your customer needs a car next month, say it on day one: it is better for us to steer you to a different unit than to leave you waiting on one that arrives late.
6. The licence and document set your market requires
Licence arrangements differ by brand, and documents such as the attribute document, the invoice and the certificate of origin have to match the chassis in the container. Tell us what your customs broker asks for, and we will confirm what that specific unit carries instead of assuming it.
7. Payment structure and inspection expectations
Deposit and balance structure, whether you want a pre-shipment inspection, and who arranges insurance all affect which units we can offer you. State them in the first message and you will get a usable answer in the first reply.
What a complete enquiry looks like
Model and trim, with the drivetrain if you are flexible on the badge.
Colour, plus the substitutes you would accept.
Quantity, and whether you can split the order.
Destination port or border crossing, and whether you collect or need delivery.
Deadline, documents required, and your payment structure.
Send those seven fields and our export desk can answer with the right unit, the right gateway and the right file, usually in one reply instead of five.
