Honda XR-V

The front face of the XR-V adopts Honda's family design language, with a dot matrix chrome front grille and narrow LED headlights, creating a sporty posture ready to go. The sporty front surround below uses a black matte panel, with ultra-thin chrome trim and a unique "heartbeat" symbol, showing a sense of fashion in the details. The entire series is equipped with automatic headlights as standard, and the high-end models are upgraded to wing-shaped LED headlights, which support adaptive high and low beam switching.

The body size is 4380×1790×1590mm, with a wheelbase of 2610mm, which is longer and wider than the previous model. The fastback roof and the horizontal waistline running through the front and back form a smooth outline. The low-lying posture, smoked window frames and 17/18-inch sports wheels (18-inch wheels exclusive to the Aiqing version) make it more dynamic visually.

The tail adopts a slanted back shape, and the through-type LED taillights are smoked black, which are highly recognizable when lit. The roof spoiler and blackened rear surround components enhance the sporty attributes. The silver chrome trim under the rear bumper stretches the visual width horizontally, echoing the front face design.

The Honda XR-V chassis adopts a front McPherson independent suspension + rear torsion beam non-independent suspension combination, which is tuned to take into account comfort and handling stability, and can effectively filter road bumps. The minimum ground clearance is 150mm, and the passability meets the needs of daily urban and light off-road scenes.

The front front-wheel drive layout is matched with the CVT gearbox, and the power output is smooth and efficient. At the same time, the steering accuracy and body response speed are optimized, and the driving texture is light and flexible. Although the whole series does not provide a four-wheel drive system, the solid materials (high-strength steel) and rust-proof technology of the chassis ensure long-term durability.

The low-end model (hot version) uses a plastic steering wheel, while the mid-to-high-end models (passionate version and above) are upgraded to leather wrapping. The surface perforation process improves the grip feel, and the three-spoke shape incorporates silver trim, which is more refined visually.

The left side integrates voice control, Bluetooth phone, and multimedia switching buttons, and the right side is equipped with cruise control/full-speed adaptive cruise (heat wave version and above) adjustment buttons. The button travel is short, the feedback is clear, and it conforms to ergonomic design.

It supports manual four-way adjustment (up and down + front and back), which can quickly adapt to the sitting posture needs of drivers of different heights.

The entire Honda XR-V series uses a combination of mechanical pointers + LCD screens. The Hot Edition is equipped with a 4.2-inch monochrome LCD instrument to display basic driving information (speed, fuel consumption, tire pressure, etc.); the Passion Edition and above are upgraded to a 7-inch color LCD instrument, with new functions such as navigation path projection and driving assistance system status display, and the interface supports multiple theme switching.

The display interface can be quickly switched through the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel, and data such as mileage, driving mode, and blind spot monitoring can be viewed in real time. The backlight brightness is automatically adjusted at night to reduce visual fatigue.

The Honda XR-V Hot Edition is equipped with an 8-inch embedded touch screen, and the Passion Edition and above are upgraded to a 9-inch floating touch screen with a resolution of 1280×720, a touch response speed of ≤0.3 seconds, and supports multi-touch and glove operation.

The entire series is equipped with Honda CONNECT 3.0 Intelligent Navigation System as standard, supporting map APP online navigation, voice control (can wake up hardware such as air conditioning and windows), and OTA remote upgrades; Android users can directly connect to CarLife via a USB cable, and Apple users need to use a third-party adapter to realize the CarPlay function.

The air conditioning control area is located below the central control screen, equipped with a double knob + physical button combination. The left knob adjusts the temperature (±0.5℃/gear), and the right knob controls the air volume (1-8 gears). The knob surface has a non-slip texture design, and blind operation is highly recognizable; the button area integrates automatic air conditioning, internal circulation, front windshield defogger and other functions, and the operation logic is clear.

The entire XR-V series is equipped with a CVT continuously variable transmission with a transmission ratio range of 7.0:1. It uses a high-strength steel belt and a torque converter combination, with a transmission efficiency of 92% and a NEDC comprehensive fuel consumption of 6.3-6.4L/100km.

The transmission oil replacement cycle is extended to 60,000 kilometers (40,000 kilometers for traditional CVT). With Honda's unique G-Design Shift control logic, it can withstand a maximum torque of 145N・m, meeting daily driving and light off-road needs.

The XR-V Hot Edition (entry-level model) uses fabric seats, the driver's seat supports manual four-way adjustment, and the co-pilot seat is manually adjusted in two directions. The Passion Edition and above are upgraded to a leather/fabric mixed material.

The seats of the entire series are ergonomically designed, with a cushion length of 480mm, which fully supports the thighs; the waist support adjustment range of high-end models is up to 40mm, which can effectively relieve fatigue from long-distance driving.

Thanks to the 2610mm wheelbase and Honda's "MM concept" (minimizing mechanical space and maximizing passenger space), the rear space performance exceeds that of its peers:

When a passenger with a height of 180cm sits down, there is three fingers of space left for the head and more than two fists of space for the legs; the height of the raised floor is only 35mm, so the middle passenger can put his feet without pressure, and there is still plenty of room even when fully loaded with five people.

The entire series is equipped with a segmented non-openable panoramic sunroof as standard, with a lighting area of 0.56 square meters (length 830mm × width 685mm), creating a transparent driving atmosphere.

The sunroof control is located in the front of the roof, supports one-button opening/closing, and the sunshade can slide automatically synchronously.

The sunroof glass uses a high heat insulation coating with a UV blocking rate of 99%. The temperature inside the car in summer is about 5℃ lower than that of ordinary glass.

Magic seats are standard for all models, supporting flexible space expansion.

The storage compartment (volume of about 5L) is hidden under the seat cushion, which can store small items such as umbrellas and charging cables.

Pull the release lever on the side of the seat, and the seat cushion can be folded up to a vertical state, forming a longitudinal space with a height of 1100mm, which is convenient for loading long items such as green plants and skis.
