Dongfeng NAMMI 01

The steering wheel adopts a double-spoke hollow design, with a horizontal spoke width of only 45mm, and a flat "NAMMI" LOGO in the center, which makes it look lighter visually. The flat bottom design not only improves the legroom (knee distance increases by 35mm), but also strengthens the sporty atmosphere, echoing the fastback shape of the car body. The steering wheel has a diameter of 375mm and a grip circumference of 110mm, which meets the golden ratio of adult hands and is not easy to get tired after long-term driving.

The instrument panel adopts a horizontal floating design, and displays basic information such as speed, battery life, tire pressure, and charging status. The font size can be adjusted through the steering wheel buttons. It is worth noting that the navigation information is not displayed directly on the instrument panel, but through the split screen of the central control screen or the HUD head-up display (high-end models) to avoid information overload.

The entire series is equipped with a 12.8-inch floating touch screen (resolution 1920×1080), which is designed with a golden angle of 7° tilted towards the driver, avoiding reflections and facilitating operation. The screen is equipped with the "Nano Intelligent Connection System" jointly developed by Dongfeng and Huawei, which supports three interaction methods: voice control, gesture sliding, and quick cards. The response speed is 0.8 seconds, far exceeding the average level of the same level. The main interface adopts a 3D scene design, which can customize dynamic themes such as "Cute Pet Interaction" and "Exclusive Album", and even supports AR navigation (high-end models), projecting virtual arrows directly onto the real road surface.

Except for the multi-function buttons on the steering wheel, the center console only retains the physical buttons for the electronic hand-shift and double flash lights, and the rest of the functions (such as air conditioning, driving mode, and seat heating) are integrated on the screen. The air conditioning control interface uses a dual knob + touch combination. The knob can adjust the temperature/air volume, and the touch area displays the real-time PM2.5 value and air purification status, taking into account both operational efficiency and a sense of technology.

The instrument panel has a suspended design to form a 4.5L open storage compartment that can accommodate women's handbags or tablets. The passenger island drawer has a volume of 2.3L and a built-in detachable makeup mirror; the hidden card slot on the left side of the center console can store highway pass cards or access cards.

As the only model in its class equipped with frameless doors, Nano 01 solves the pain points of traditional frameless doors through process innovation and detail optimization: the doors use hidden hinges + lightweight aluminum alloy frames, the door panel thickness is only 45mm, and the floating roof design creates a smooth line like a coupe. The window glass uses double-layer laminated soundproof glass (thickness 5.6mm), combined with the three-layer sealing strips in the door, the noise inside the car is only 62dB when driving at high speed, which is better than BYD Seagull (65dB) and Wuling Bingo (68dB).

The door anti-collision beam uses 1500MPa hot-formed steel, combined with the door sinking design, the impact force can be dispersed to the body frame in the case of side collision, and the safety is improved by 30%.

The seat system of NAMMI 01 is centered on a healthy cockpit and a versatile space, providing an experience far beyond its peers: the driver's seat adopts an embracing lumbar support + shoulder support, and the seat cushion length is 500mm (30mm longer than Seagull), which can effectively relieve fatigue from long-distance driving. The seat fabric uses skin-friendly and breathable PU material, with 8000 + air holes distributed on the surface, and the body temperature is reduced by 3-5℃ in summer.

The high-end model supports three-speed seat heating (heating to 30℃ in 3 minutes) and ventilation function (6-speed wind speed adjustment).

When a passenger with a height of 180cm sits down, the knee space reaches 250mm (50mm more than Seagull) and the head space is 95mm. The rear seat cushion height is 350mm, and the thigh support is better than that of Bingo (320mm). The central floor is fully flat, and the comfort of the middle passenger is greatly improved when three people are sitting.

The rear seats can be folded down in a row, and when the front seats are folded down 180°, a flat space of 1.8m × 1.5m can be formed, which can meet the needs of transporting large items or taking a short break. The trunk volume reaches 945L after the seats are folded down, which is more advantageous than Seagull (930L) and Bingo (790L).

Dongfeng NAMMI 01 has a regular volume of 326L, which can accommodate 4 20-inch suitcases; after expansion, it reaches 945L, which can accommodate large items such as baby strollers and folding bicycles. The trunk opening width is 1050mm and the height is 750mm, which makes loading and unloading items more convenient.

High-end models are equipped with an electric tailgate (supports foot sensing opening) and a memory function, and the tailgate opening height can be customized. The trunk is equipped with a hidden storage compartment (volume 12L) and hooks for easy classification and storage of items.
